"The Statistical Report on the Operations of New York State Temporary Assistance Programs" is prepared annually to fulfill the reporting requirements in the Welfare Reform Act of 1997 by the Office of Temporary & Disability Assistance (OTDA) with data developed by OTDA, the Department of Health and the Office of Children & Family Services.
