Eligible for a lateral transfer or eligible for a 70.1 transfer by having one year of permanent competitive or 55 b/c service in one of the following titles:

- Information Tech Spec 3, G-23, formerly Associate Computer/Programmer Analyst
- Information Tech Spec 3 (Data Comm), G-23, formerly Data Comm. Specialist 1
- Information Tech Spec 3 (Database), G-23, formerly Data Base Prog. Analyst 1
- Information Tech Spec 3 (Systems Prog), G-23, formerly Computer Systems Prog. 1

DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
The incumbent will monitor the performance of the Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) system for delivery of cash and food stamp benefits to clients and reconciliation of those issuances against authorizations on the State system. The incumbent will also assist in the management of the Common Benefit Issuance Card (CBIC) system and contract which supports client access to Medicaid benefits as well as to EBT cash and food stamp benefits.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
A permanent appointment will be made. If certified by Civil Service, mandatory reemployment list candidates must be considered first for appointment to this title.
