New York State HEAP (HEAP) Non PSC Vendor Agreement
All non Public Service Commission regulated home energy commodity suppliers who are interested in becoming a HEAP Vendor, please fill out and return the Non-Utility Vendor Agreement to:

HEAP Vendor Change Form
If any information changes from a vendor’s original agreement i.e. company name, contact information, pricing option, service territory, you vendors must complete the HEAP Vendor Change form and submit to:

Electronic Payments
Vendors wanting to sign up from Electronic payments may get more information from the NYS Office of the State Comptroller at http://www.osc.state.ny.us/epay/guide.htm. The Electronic Payment Authorization form may be found at http://www.osc.state.ny.us/epay/epform.pdf
