Center for Child Well-Being

The Center for Child Well-Being provides services to parents to enhance their children's quality of life. The Center for Child Well-Being provides the following programs:
- Child Support: The Division of Child Support Enforcement provides assistance with the establishment of paternity and with the establishment, enforcement, and collection of child support.
- Paternity Acknowledgment: Assists unmarried parents in establishing legal paternity for their child.
- Responsible Fatherhood: The Responsible Fathers initiative bridges the gap between employment programs, welfare programs and child support policies.
- Supervised Visitation: Access and Visitation Program services include counseling, mediation, parent education, development of parenting plans, and visitation enforcement through supervised visitation, monitored visitation, monitored child exchange and/or neutral site child exchange.
